Response of the people

The loft providers aka real-estate businessmen take care of the urban Seattle condos downtown lifestyle and living standards- from living quarters (condos, apartments and lofts) to community events organized on regular basis to home decoration for the urbanely located jungle.  According to Katy her sister lives here and they paid a visit very last month... cool, very cool! They loved the scenic location, the views of the gardens, the roof place and the overall aura of the place. They surely want to move up Seattle downtown apartments.

A tremendously positive response has been received from others as well.Rhea Patrick lived in Lofts for over a year, and also rented the most of the time. Overall, it's a breathtakingly beautiful condo apartment, the people are very very nice, and the other services are just excellent. It's in a very great location (just very outside the chaotic areas, but obviously close enough to walk to everything nearby), has sufficiently high ceilings and roofs, lots and lots of modern state-of-the art amenities and they really miss living there. Seattle lofts are probably one of the most awesome places their family has ever lived.

If anyone is planning to purchase a loft or apartment or a condo here, ignore the price point. However, if you plan to rent out a unit, think really really hard before you even dare to do so. The stubborn authorities need to approve every unit to be leased, which means if your rent is up and they don't approve it then you're probably out. Or, if you have a genuine reason to terminate your lease way more early, it just still needs to be approved by the office authorities before it can be re-leased, which means you could be just paying rent for several months on an mere empty good-for-nothing unit. (And they don't allow sub-leasing right now.) The officials takes zero consideration of the tenant's financial state and only considers the "hardship" of the owner of the unit (your landlord), which means you are basically considered as if you cease to exist. Trust only the experienced people, they have very first-hand experience with those people, and they only look at them as a "name on a mere piece of pity paper" instead of a reliable person who could use a little bit of compassion.

So to conclude, if you just want to purchase a unit, go for it wholeheartedly. It's an excellent and good place to live in Seattle downtown. If you want to lease, however, you may definitely want to look at other nearby loft complexes, especially if anyone want to stay longer than your initial rent (minimum 1 year, max 3 years) or have an highly unpredictable life play that may change without any previous warning.
